Give a verse & a prayer of how God knows all of my innermost thoughts & loves me so completely & how I can do the same in terms of knowing better & loving more: my God, spouse, grandchildren, children, loved ones & everyone we pray for?

Psalm 139:1 “O Lord, you have examined my heart & know everything about me?”

“Father, I praise You for surrounding me with Your undivided attention & taking the time to talk to me & know my desires, delights, favorites, dislikes & strong dislikes. Help me do the same with You, Lord, & with my: spouse, grandchildren, children & all loved ones. Help me prioritize focus on the mental, emotional & physical effort to know my spouse better & love her more & loved ones. Amen”
