The Antichrist rises to power by mediating 2 “phony peace treaties” that rulers & most people accept as necessary:
1) A 7 yr phony peace treaty most rulers & people accept.
Saints will oppose antichrist & peace treaty & be persecuted.
2) A 7 yr phony tolerance religious contract that gives people freedom to worship
even in lawless & evil ways.
Saints will oppose antichrist & contract & will be persecuted.
1) At the 3 1/2 yr mark the antichrist will betray his phony peace treaty with Israel & many nations. At this time he: Steps into the Temple in Jerusalem. Claims to be God. Demands to be worshiped by all. Vows to kill all who refuse.
This is the “abomination of desolation:” The only vision & only political event that Jesus commands us to understand. It’s key on account of saints will be here the final 3 1/2 yrs.
Jesus is preparing us not to take the mark of the beast.
2) At 3 1/2 yr mark antichrist betrays his phony tolerance religious treaty & replaces it with one of cruel intolerance: Worship him as God or die.
Many worship him as God after his head wound heals.
“Father, teach us all things leading up to the second coming of Jesus: The 1st time frame-beginning of birth pains & the surge of wars till the 2nd time frame- antichrist’s 2 phony treaties & persecution of those who oppose it & him.
The 3rd time frame-begins when antichrist betrays the treaties at the 3 1/2 yr mark. This sign marks the start of the great tribulation-the final 3 1/2 yrs prior to Jesus return.
Prepare us to follow You Lord to victory as described in Revelation. Restore the church. Reap 2 billion souls. Save all Israel. Amen.”
