Can you be unhappy due to circumstances, but be poor & needy in humility, crying out to God for help from enemies in the peace of mind of enduring faith?

In Ps 70:5 the great King of Israel, David, cries out in urgent reliance in deep humility, “I’m poor & needy!” He sought God’s help & rescue in enduring faith:

Adapt Ps 70:1-5 “Come, Lord quickly, come & deliver me…I need Your help…come & deliver me…I need Your help…One enemy finds all his delight in my pain…let the one seeking to ruin my life be put to shame. Let all who seek You, stand & say: “Forevermore God is great.” I am poor & needy; make haste to me, God! You’re my help & deliverer; O Lord, do not delay. Amen”

“Lord, even in misery of outward trials, my inward peace of mind is fueled by my heart remaining steadfastly bonded with Yours & the faithful ones You’ve given me. Facing pain, loss & sorrow beyond my ability to prevent: I’ve reason to rejoice & be glad & call upon Your name in every hardship because of Your history of fulfilling Your promises to help us in need. I’m poor & needy. Make haste. Help me. Amen”
