Explain how our main duty is to host the presence of God & allow His “peace” to flow as He wills?

When Jesus imparts the Spirit by speaking peace it must, by faith, be received or it’s of no benefit.

Often the disciples were in a panic: hiding, grieving, sent out, entering a house, in a storm:

When hiding Jesus spoke, “peace,” but they didn’t recognize Him until they saw the scars…nor did they know Him on the Emmaus road until He “broke bread “ (His broken body)…the disciples unawares were releasing “peace,” as they entered a house…They did not get it when Jesus said, “Peace be still” to the sea & violent storm.

They believed only when they saw His scars so Jesus, the Lord of second chances, gave them His authority & said, “Peace be with you; as the Father sent Me, I also send you (John 20:21).”

What one act did Jesus model?

Release the Dove (Spirit) til He finds people (place) to rest upon.

Jesus gave the main duty—

as the Father sent me, I also send you—now release God’s Spirit.

“Lord, help me receive Your presence upon me so I can release Your Spirit…Bless You for being with me…rejoicing over me w/ gladness… quieting me with Your love…rejoicing over me with singing (Zech 3:17). Amen.”

Partial Fast: July 2nd- 9th 50-80% normal eating: 2-9, each month Thru 2024 U.S. Elections & Feast of Tabernacles & Thru July 2025. If God’s people cry out for mercy & serve God with prayer & fasting through July 2025 then God’s mercy will triumph over judgment & America will stand with Israel.
