Can we be bold to pray for a kid or grandkid who’s lost their way?

“Lord, have mercy on our kids & grandkids who’ve turned away from you into darkness. Prepare & condition their hearts & ours to receive all that is on Your heart for them so they will humble themselves under You & prepare their hearts to repent & seek You. Help them know the peace of Christ so they may be filled with the fullness of God. Lord, draw them to You & bring to them those who will stand up for them & give them a safe, peaceful, place to talk openly about goals, plans, mistakes & failure. Convict hearts to confess sins to You & others as they grow in grace.

Help their hearts be patient, kind, tenderhearted & forgiving. Lead them to use their creativity & imagination to build strong bonds with each other in unity. Keep their hearts tender in Jesus’s lavish love. Give them insight so they can grow in the joy of Christ’s giving. We pray their roots grow deeper each day as they receive His love & give of their time, patience & sacrificial service to others in unity. Help them to abide & grow in Your family of friendship. Amen”
