The Bible’s procedure for a person in sin is either: 1) the path of repentance & restoration or 2) the path to remove from church those unwilling to repent until they repent & show the fruit of it.

That’s the Bible’s procedure. Demons oppose Jesus’ blood & guide a false accuser who works to disqualify saints.
