I want to learn the Biblical meaning of the nature of faith?

Faith always originates directly in God’s word and it is always directly related to God’s word.

Faith is in the heart. When you hear God’s word believe it with your heart first. Then confess it with your mouth. “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus & & believe in your heart…you will be saved. With the heart one believes into righteousness & with the mouth confession is made. (Rom 10:9-10)”

Sometimes you may only agree with God’s word in your mind. Ask God to teach you that “truth”& to give you faith in your heart for that “truth” from God’s word. Now, believe it with your heart & confess it with your mouth!

Mt 12:34; 2 Cor 4:13 “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks…we have the same spirit of faith, (by God’s word)…I believed & therefore I spoke, we also believe…& speak.

“Lord, teach me: Faith is a condition of the heart, not the mind. The insight of the mind comes after I receive faith in the heart. It’s in the present, not the future. If I believe & speak God’s word it changes me. Faith is based on God’s word. I can have faith in the truth of God’s word & speak it with my mouth, no matter how I feel. Amen.”
