2 Timothy 1:7 says God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love & a sound mind. Tell me how to benefit from that info?

Fear apart from a valid concern is a counterfeit not from God. You can trust the Spirit’s power & love living in you to ignore fear. Your sound mind can test ideas, feelings, sensations &  decide what is true without confusion.

“Father, strengthen me to fear You, & no one & nothing else. Help me to seek Your approval, Lord, & not man’s approval. I trust You to provide, bless, protect & prosper me as I fully surrender myself to follow, obey & please You in all I do. Amen”
