Question, Answer & Prayer:

1 Sam 13:14;Acts 13:22; Isa 55:4 The Lord sought…& found David a man after His own heart…a (model) to…& a leader for the people.

David is God’s example of a true shepherd: humble, just, merciful, patient, exalts God. A false shepherd: arrogant, lawless, legalistic, exalts self.

God gives true shepherds in 3 kinds of govt to bring order & restrain evil: civil (lawmaker) family (parents) & church (leaders) to provide, protect & guide His sheep. Satan is expert at tricking sheep to follow self-exalting false leaders who make false vows.

Eze 34:10; Jer 23:1-2; Dan 2:21; Mt 7:19 God is against false shepherds…I rescue my sheep…Woe to shepherds who destroy…My sheep…God will punish…God removes kings & raises up kings…Every tree…doesn’t produce…cut down

“Lord, have mercy on us all sinners. Release a spirit of the fear of God to enable us to love & obey You. Give true shepherds favor & great esteem in the eyes of all. Remove false shepherds. Give true shepherds after Your own heart who will lead the sheep to become true shepherds after Your own heart. Restore the church. Reap billions of souls. Save all Israel. Amen
