How is God’s end-time purpose of restoration & completion of the church going to happen?

The source of power God’s people need in order to achieve this goal is prayer & fasting?

Joel 2:1-32;Isaiah 58:1-14 “Blow the trumpet…sanctify a fast…the fast I have chosen…break every evil yoke…share with the hungry…the poor…cover the naked…your light shall break forth your healing…your righteousness…you shall call, God will answer, you shall cry, He’ll say Here I am…your light shall dawn in the darkness…the Lord will guide you…satisfy your soul…strengthen your bones…like a watered garden…a spring, whose waters don’t fail…you shall build the waste places, you shall raise up the foundations of many generations…you shall be called a repairer…the restorer”
