Michial Barnum’s gentle, kind, humble & truthful heart helps me be more like Jesus. His funeral is tonight. He was killed in a highway pileup. He was my daughter Katie’s husband. If there was a more gentle spirit I never met them.
The shock, pain, sorrow & loss takes time. But God has honored Michial by releasing a massive measure of the peace of Christ upon Katie & all as we grieve & celebrate his life.
Our self-reliance was shaken.
We may rely on Christ’s peace.
We cry because we miss him.
The Lord gives & takes away.
