“Father, keep my heart soft & tender towards others. Enable me to forgive & let go of all resentments by the choice of obedience not by feelings.”

“Jesus forbids revenge or hitting back so help me to forgive & let go of all resentments as a practical concern so I can treat others as Jesus commands me to.”

“Strengthen my heart to stay at peace even when toxic things are said & done. Spirit, guide me not to be overcome with evil but to overcome evil with good.”

“Help me to bring positive, forgiving, blessing, prayer & good things to friend & enemy alike; in so far as it’s possible. In this way may I dwell together in unity with all of my loved ones, family, friends & all believers
