Questions, Answers & Prayer:

Does King David call for God’s righteous judgments rather than taking matters into his own hands: Releasing God’s justice upon enemies hearts, hardened to the point that they repaid David’s mercy with lies, hatred, betrayal & oppressing the poor?

Based on Ps 109:1-31 “Do not keep silent, God of my praise!…the evil mouth …lying tongue…speaks hatred against me without cause…They return to me evil for my good…hatred for my mercy…did not show mercy… persecuted the needy…even slay the broken-hearted… But You, God, deal with me for Your name sake, Your mercy is good, deliver me…I am poor & needy…my heart wounded within me…my knees are weak thru fasting…Help me, my God! Save me…so they may know that this is Your hand-that You, Lord have done it!…Let them be ashamed, but let Your servant rejoice. Let my accusers be clothed with shame…I will greatly praise the Lord…He shall stand at the right hand of the poor. Amen”

“Lord, release Your righteous judgments against the lying tongues & the thieving, murderous, callous, hearts of our enemies. Make Your servants exceedingly fruitful Amen”
