Give an example of an entire culture enjoying the benefits of applying Biblical principles that have been validated by science?

Jesus’s followers live a lifestyle of fasting as did John Wesley, William J Seymour & the leaders of the greatest revivals in history. Fasting is less intake of physical “bread” replaced by the spiritual power of God’s “bread” (word). See fasting promises in Isa 58.

The culture of Okinawa, lives a fasted lifestyle, “eating til 80% full.” Their longevity, deep family bonds, medical health & care for their elderly is best in the world.
