Encourage me to a lifestyle of prayer & fasting led by the Holy Spirit to release restoration?

Fasting is to humble myself under God. I decrease intake of physical food as He promises to release greater measures of divine goodness, wisdom & power into the lives of my loved ones & restore all I pray for.

The following is from Isaiah 58:6-14: One of the greatest lists of promises found in the Bible. Designed for fasting with a humble & contrite spirit, by faith:

…”break bonds of wickedness…heavy burdens…every evil yoke…your light will break forth…healing…spring forth speedily… goodness shall go before you…the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard…you will call…the Lord will answer…You will cry…He’ll say, “Here I am”…your light shall dawn in darkness… your darkness as the noon day…the Lord will guide you continually…satisfy your soul in drought…strengthen your bones…you’ll be like a watered garden…like a spring…whose waters don’t fail…you shall rebuild…waste places…raise up the foundations of many generations…you shall be called…Repairer of the breach…Restorer of streets (Isa 58:6-14)”

“Father, I humble my soul under Your loving & mighty hand. Release all of Your fasting promises through me like rivers of living water to my children, grandchildren, family, loved ones, all authority, Israel, U.S. believers, all I pray for. Amen.”

Partial Fast: July 2-9 or 2-23 (7 or 21 Day) 25 to 50% normal eating 2-9 or 2-23 each month Thru July 2025 -Pray for Revival Start After 20 month Fasting schedule-12/2023 thru 7/2025-

Partial Fast: 8/2025 thru 7/2032

Prepare the Way for the Beauty of Jesus (89 months) Start Aug 2-9 or 2-23 2025 each month thru 7/2032-Pray to Restore Israel, U.S. & for 100 “Annas,”
