Based on Ps 46:1-11 “God is our refuge & strength, a very present help in trouble…(We) won’t fear, even (if) earth removed…mountains (put)…into the sea…There is a river (Holy Spirit) whose streams shall make glad the city of God… The nations raged…God uttered His voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us. The God of Jacob our refuge. Behold God’s works. Desolations (destroying evil)…makes wars cease…breaks bow…spear…burns chariots…Be still & know that I (not you) am God; I’ll be exalted in the nations…& earth

The Lord of hosts is with us…God of Jacob is our refuge. Amen”
