Where’s the Bible tell leaders to call a fast as God promises to pour out His Spirit on all in the latter rain not only to heal the land but to usher in the coming of the Messiah & the coming of His bride, made ready to meet Him?

Joel 2:12-32; 2 Chron 7:14 …”if My people…will humble their souls… Gather the people…let the priests…call a fast…turn to me with all your heart…with fasting, weeping & mourning…God will forgive & heal the land. …So rejoice…let the bridegroom come …& the bride come out…

God will pour out His Spirit on all

“Father, as Your church & bride for Your Son: Give us the grace we need to live a fasted lifestyle so we can make ourselves ready for His return. We trust in Your deep emotional bond of love for us. Even as weak people we put our faith in You. Your grace is sufficient for us. Your strength is made perfect in weakness. You give power to the weak so Your bride’s love can be loyal, devoted & wholehearted. Give us the “Annas” we need by Your Spirit to usher in mercy, the latter rain & Your Son’s return. Amen”
